Workout Around the House

Try and do 10 push-ups after you brush your teeth in the morning, and then another 10 when you brush them at night. That will be 20 push-ups a day and you won’t even break a sweat either. It won’t take you more than 10 minutes at a time and you can easily do them in your bathroom or anywhere else for that matter.
